Hi,
We just signed with Appian cloud and my understanding is that I would be able to create an application using some Appian cloud database available to us.
When I tried to create a CDT in our dev environment, upon adding a data element, it does not allow me to select a data type for a data element in my CDT. Nothing is displayed as type. Since the Appian onboarding and guidance is very poor, I am wondering if anyone knows what I am missing here.

Can you display a screenshot of the issue you have? The data type designer should have columns for the field name and the type. The type column allows you to enter text in the field to search the list of available types.
Thank you, Peter. I figured it out. I forgot to add one thing in my setup. Issue is resolved. :)
