Are you trying to acquire the k output? Since you are using Linux, you should not be executing any .exe files. You may have to convert the file by using dos2unix: linuxcommand.org/.../dos2unix1.html

Which k3 are you executing? Can you share the path.
Usually there will be multiple directories in windows win32 win64 etc and Linux also may be. So find the correct linux platform . Is it 64bit?
uname command will show x86_64 if its 64bit most likely else i386 or i586 etc.
