Execs won't start after server patching

Hi,

Long shot here but hope the community can help!

We have a very old 7.10 Appian instance on a Win12r2 dedicated server (EOL both, retained at the request of our customer). It was working find until yesterday when we applied the latest Windows patches and now the exec engines will not start, however all others are online as normal. These patches were rolled back but the issue remains. k.exe terminates with error code 0xc0000005, there's nothing in the logs other than the following in the gw_ logs: [PX001] INFO .a.gw "State transition from [DISCONNECTED] to [DISCONNECTED]"

Does anyone know:

1. How do add extra logging on start-suite to see what's going on

2. How to fix this?
