This is expected - old forms (aka "portal forms" or "legacy forms" depending on who you ask) can only be opened for editing or viewing in IE.
Yes This could be a portal form and can only be viewed frm IE only
Thank you arunramanathtm, but is there a way to open them from other browsers ?
Thank you Mike, but is there a way to open them from other browsers ?
No - that's why i specifically said, "old forms ... can only be opened for editing or viewing in IE".
In general I would recommend converting any of these old forms to SAIL (and of course the SAIL interface editor works in all modern browsers). Whenever I've had to do this in the past, I just open the process model in IE to be able to open the old forms designer, and then read the contents of the form while crafting a SAIL replacement in another browser, Chrome for instance.
I should also point out: the IE restriction only applies to the old form editor -- an instance of the task itself (i.e. in a running process instance) should be openable in other browsers, but this would be only for viewing what a user would see.
Unfortunately No
Got it thank you
Thank you
