We are currently using Appian on-premise for development activities.
There is a requirement to capture logs in Splunk for which log path and folder will be shared with Splunk. Now the Splun is expecting search patterns(specific words/keywords) which can be used to show on Splunk Dashboard and also to generate alerts.
I have gone through the link --> https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/19.2/Customizing_Application_Logging.html but this has logging levels and not specific to keywords search.
Quick help would be much appreciated.

Also, if there are 2 application on the same instance of server, how can Splunk identify that the error has come from a specific application...
