Configure incoming emails in Appian

Question

Hi you all, how I can configure the incoming email ? I want testing the Email start form but I think that before I must configure it.. thanks for precious information...

For Appian to be able to receive e-mails and act based on the received e-mail you have to configure the Mail Poller following this section of the documentation forum.appian.com/.../Mail_Server_Setup

Once you complete those steps make sure you also enable anonymous access as described in that same link which requires a restart of both Appian and the Application Server (more detail at forum.appian.com/.../Anonymous_User).

Keep in mind that if you have a distributed installation with the App Server running in a separate server, the conf.suite.ANONYMOUS_ACCESS=true has to enabled on both.
