Hi All,
We are working with on-premise version of Appian which is hosted on a private cloud. We have a situation where TEST environment faces slowness and CPU memory is consumed to the maximum extent. We have the same configuration and setting of DEV. There is no load testing being performed on TEST instance. We have done the health check but could not see any major issues. Any suggestions to debug this issue would be greatly appreciated.

It's more than probable that you have some sort of job running on that environment that's eating all your resources. Perhaps 2 jobs are even deadlocking each other, refusing to give up the resources the other needs to finish. Perhaps tail of stdOutLog would be enlightening.
