When was the last time the engines were checkpointed? When was the last time the engines were brought down?

Besides checking what Patty suggests please do the following:
1. Open a command prompt as the Administrator
2. Execute stop-suite.bat
3. Wait for the CPU usage to go down ~0% then review all k.exe processes have disappear. If you see some still alive with 0% CPU usage it's safe to kill them
4. Delete the content of the following directories (THIS CAN BE DONE ONLY FOR THIS ENGINE) to re-create the analytics engine in order to make sure there will be no start-up issues
/server/process/analytics/0000/gw1
/server/process/analytics/0001/gw1
/server/process/analytics/0002/gw1
5. Open a command prompt as the Administrator
6. Execute start-suite.bat
7. Wait for the CPU usage to go down
8. This may take a while if the engines have transactions to replay but there will be a group of collapsed/grouped/minimized command prompts in the task bar of type APP:***:**** click on the following ones to see if there are issues with the engines that were previously down:
APP: CO : Collaboration
APP: PD : Process Deisign
if there are transactions to replay you will see that message in there, each dot represents 1,000 transactions replayed wait for they to finish.
