When we get the Task reminder email, from field appear like
Appian BPMS No Reply <Test_Appian_BPMS_No_Reply@team.telstra.com>
How can I change the first part i.e. ‘Appian BPMS No Reply’ to ‘DEV BPMS No Reply’ or ‘BPMS No Reply’. Different environments different name...

The e-mail from alerts is configured in custom.properties through the following property:
conf.mailhandler.ntf_sndr_addr=
while the display name ("Appian BPMS No Reply" in your case) is controlled by:
resources.appian.ap.application.appian.ap.appname=
The change requires a restart of the application server

Thnaks for your reply.
I have already have 'resources.appian.ap.application.appian.ap.appname=Appian Test' in my custome.proiperties file this will appear when i get alert notification.
Let me put it another way in send email configuration node-> setup tab how do i change in from drop down list?
