I just setup 3 Appian servers on the Azure Cloud with HA. The services, search and data server are all starting fine but I am getting the following error when trying to start up Tomcat:

Are you starting from an empty primary database, or re-using one? If re-using one, then you must also copy the content of the admin/shared folder as it contains the private key used to encrypt/decrypt database objects in the primary database. I had seen bean instantiation failures when this was the case for me.
Could you advise how you resolved the issue ? We are also facing the same issue. It's a fresh - brand new installation.
