Does Appian cloud environment have any restrictions/maximum allowable limit on number of concurrent users using certain environment or application?

To my knowledge there is no system-defined "hard limit" on the number of active concurrent users.
Your system's performance may vary at high utilization levels depending on the nature of the applications being used.
