I'm having a problem with 5 appian services, which we are not able to raise up.
I have deleted all kdb files from /HOME_Appian/server/collaboration/gw1.
I check if there are process appian run (/k) and I kill all of them after stop it.
But i am not able to raise up all Appian services.
Please help. What can we do?

I have deleted all kdb files from /HOME_Appian/server/collaboration/gw1. - what were you aiming to acheive with this? Is it a new clean installation?

It´s not a new installation. We have rebooted the server, and when I have tried to raise up appian engine I cant get it.
So I have deleted kdb files to restart appian engine.

From my experience deleting collaboration KDB files is never a good thing, certain base files are configured in there from installation. I would recommend you raise a support ticket and go through the full scenario with a technician

To avoid any confusion... you do not delete kdb files to restart. You are deleting data or metadata by deleting those files.
