I am getting below error while accessing mycompany.appiancloud.com/.../
How can I access tomcat logs or who can give me access to this folder?
I am on Appian cloud.

You're probably looking for tomcat-stdout.log which is located in the main folder. We don't have access to /tomcat for whatever reason - probably because whatever's stored there is mostly engine-internal stuff which wouldn't make sense or be overly useful to us (just guessing).
