Fitnesse browser is not opening

Hi 

Fitnesse browser is not opening with below code

|setup with |CHROME |browser |
|set appian url to |https://portal-dev.org/suite/tempo |
|set appian version to|20.2 |
|set appian locale to |en_US |
|login with username |test@test.org

it is giving error on clicking on News tab but the browser itself it is not opening and previous steps ran without error

Please let me know if anyone faced this same issue
