Activating or Deactivating Users from SAML integration

Hi Experts,

 We do have a requirement , where user is connected through OKTA authentication to Appian.  Users have requirement is that , they want to activate or deactivate users in OKTA and correspondingly it should reflect in the Appian system. If you have worked on this previously , please let me know the process any documentation would be great.
