Hi,

I have Appian 7.3 installed over window server 2012 and have different teams seating at different location accessing the server with different IPs. Problem is how can i set two different IPs in the custom properties for this property "conf.suite.SERVER_AND_PORT". this is required to see the Reports and Records over the tempo. Please suggest....

Can you not configure a single DNS for your service and allow the system to be accessed through that DNS or FQDN?
Short answer to your questions is that you can't configure two names for a single Appian installation unless you do DNS routing (alias) at your network level.
