Hi,
I am trying to install James Email Server with Appian 7.3. I have succesfully installed that server and done the config setting in config file.
1. servername to any dummyName for testing like hello.com
2. DNSServer: I have added the my local server DNS server name which i get by ipconfig \\all command
I have tested with command prompt by telnet@25. Email was successfully send to the username@hello.com. I have connected with the microsoft outlook to this email server from my local machine. Although i am not able to see all the message in the inbox but i can send all the message to the intended user like rahul@hello.com.
Problems occurs when i am trying to send email to the same user using SendEmail Activity:
Error occurd are:

Firstly, install a Email client such as thunderbird etc., and configure it to connect to your email server and check if it works as expected. Once done, try replicating the configuration details in Appian configuration.

The last error message says that the email address you are sending out to OR sending out AS is invalid. Ensure it is correctly defined.
