We are aiming to have a DEV environment with HA topology to be able to develop some integrations to be then promoted to PROD via CI/CD. These developments won't be as frequent as the developments in Appian so, the need of the HA is residual.
Is it possible to scale down the Appian environment easily? Having a single node up most of the time and only have the 3 from time to time? Is it just a matter of shutting down 2 nodes and change the topology.xml file?
