When using SAML it appears that sign in links are not displayed. It would be beneficial if these where visible even when SAML is used.

A lot of times customers need a way to notify someone that a user account is locked, or needs to be created. These sign in links are great for this use case. But it seems like they do not display when using SAML.

Did you try this?

Yes getting the SAML to show the sign in links worked fine. The issue is that we loose the ability to have a custom sign-in link when you have saml configured.

To clarify, you don't technically lose custom sign-in links, as they still show up as normal on the Native appian login screen (assuming it's even available). The issue as I see it is this puts it somewhere that some people would never see and other people would never know where to look.
Hi,
I am trying to add a help link to the login screen. But the link isn't showing up on the login screen. What could be the reason?
Thanks
What are you seeing instead?
Just login credential with forgot password link.
When the sign-in page link is set up properly (and, just in case, don't forget to press "Save Changes" in the Admin console), the link will show up immediately below the "Forgot your password?" link on the default username/password entry form. If you're still doing that and not seeing the link appear, then I'd suggest opening a support case with Appian.
I added another link in addition to the help link but both of them are still not visible. I will get in touch with Appian. Thank you for the advice.
