Error at saving health check changes

Question

Hi all, does anyone have idea why this is happening? When I try to save changes in health check configurations I got this error in logs. This started from nowhere, I have spoken with system administrator and no changes were made from linux site. Also I didn't make any chages in my language/calender settings. Error from logs: 
 Incorrect type (java.util.Date) for DateTime variable (Thu Jan 01 00:00:00 GMT 1970). Expected Type: java.sql.Timestamp.
