Hi,
Is it possible in Appian to have separate log files for each Application, instead of all applications writing to application-server.log file?...

Loggers at the application server level are controlled by <APPIAN_HOME>\\ear\\suite.ear\\resources\\appian_log4j.properties. The only possible customizations to the loggers declared in that file are described in the documentation
forum.appian.com/.../Customizing_Application_Logging.
When any application fails it will write to the application server log; since the base product code is shared there's no discrimination on what application executes what code at the moment of logging errors.
