1.Do I need machine specific licenses for appian?
2.Where to get appian installer and installation ,configuration documents?

You need a license to run Appian. For more information about this please visit forum.appian.com/.../Appian_6.6.x_Windows_Installation_Guide_for_JBoss

On the right hand side menu go to the Appian Software link to download the Appian software you are looking for.
