I have the health check report from production. I can see there are various categories and tabs as part of the report.Is there any standard practice to resolve the order of health check reported issues like first process metrics related issues,infrastructure related,configuration, design etc.

You should pick the most critical issues first, and then move down in the hierarchy. Removing the errors in the code, Rectifying interfaces and expression rules where the evaluation time is way more than expected, then removing the unused variables, and so on.
Agreed that high priority high risk once are the first to be picked but how to prioritize the different tabs of the report
