Can't Login or Reset Password after i made my user a service user
When i try to reset my password ,expired message appear
I want to know how to remove my self from service role group and log normally
Discussion posts and replies are publicly visible
I think that is not possible. A service user is explicitly made to not be able log in to the UI.
Where I can log with my account to remove my self from service role group ?
How i can undo this step ?
Ask any teammates who have administrator privilege to change your user type .

I have added my in the service account, I am using appian community edition environment.
I am unable to login into the appian edition environment, let me know how i can remove the id from the service account so that i can login into appian environment here.
If you are the only user, then you will need to contact Appian to help you.
Appian team is asking me to shutdown the site and request for new one.
I think community.admin is the admin user in all appian cloud instance. They should able to remove my userid from service account.
But not sure why they are asking me to request for new appian environmet site.
