Hi Forum

When Exporting my application, the export takes about 10 min which is fine - with no problems in the export

When Importing the same application, I cannot inspect the application or import it due to the fact that it has no response even after a 20-30 min wait. The only feedback I get is the yellow 'working' notification at the top of the screen. We are using 7.2 on our export side as well as on our import side...

If you open Appian in another browser and log in with the same user, then you should see alerts trickle in for the publishing of process models used as sub-processes. The same alerts should be emailed out if your environment and user account are set up to send/receive these notifications. This will give you an idea of what is happening during the import process.

Someone from support can follow up as well, as I believe there are enhancements to improve this experience which they can provide to allow you to track them in future release notes.
