When we have Designer access to an Appian environment, currently we are able to view the objects of all the Applications present within that environment.
In our client environment, there are multiple applications in which developers from multiple organizations are working on. Our team needs to have access to only one particular application that we will be working on and should not be able to see other Applications present within that environment and all its objects.
Is there a way to restrict developers with designer access to see only a particular application that they are working on and not see all other applications?
Thanks in Advance.

Sure. Do not make all of them Sys Admins. Then you can control access using application and object security.
Hello Stefan,
Thank you for your quick response.
When you say the access can be controlled using application and object security, I need to update Application Security of already present applications one by one to make sure that we are not seeing other applications and it's objects right?
Please let me know if there is any other easy way to restrict access to just one application and it's objects?
This is the only way and also the best practice.
Got it. Thank you.
