When logging into Appian community, I cannot manage to reset my MFA, and the Email MFA, has consistently taken 15-30 mins to send the one-time-verification code to my email. Commonly at this time it is already expired.
This essentially makes my Appian Community account unusable, since some days I cannot login at all due to this issue.
When I go to the support page, to open a ticket, it just shows a blank page with Manage Accelerators on it. My guess is this is because I am a member of a Account where I am not a Support Contact, so I cannot open tickets... Even when they are related to my personal account.

So to recap, I cannot reset my MFA, I cannot submit a support ticket to reset my MFA, and the email based MFA does not work consistently and some days not at all.

I've been told that the only way to reset your MFA configuration is to reach out directly to Appian. Please try sending an email to community@appian.com to see if they can reset it for you, allowing you to choose a different method.
Side note: be aware that if you set up more than one method like I did, it seems to just pick one of those methods arbitrarily (or by some prioritization that it doesn't tell you about up-front) - I chose Text and Google Authenticator, and am now forced to use Google Authenticator every time - which... isn't bad per se, other than the fact that having to do it daily is, IMHO, an unreasonable burden (i've begged them to add a "remember me" setting for this, to remember your auth for at least a month... but so far, nothing.)
