  Thank you Mike. But the actual problem is with send email notification. we send email notification to recipient at the end of flow. On completion on different record email should receive by recipient at different time but they receives couple of email at same time. Kindly suggest me here.

If the emails are sent successfully, then this is an issue outside of Appian and checking logs will not help.

Any suggestion here. its in production and client is keep on asking on this.

If this is important, I would start checking the headers of the affected emails and check for the diverse timestamps to understand the path that emails took from Appian to the client. Once done, you might find out that the problem does not exist or you need to start further investigations.
