I'm installing an environment with 2 JBoss (2 different machines) pointing to a single set of Appian Engines. The first JBoss started ok. But when I try to start the second JBoss this error happens: 20:44:13,338 ERROR [org.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase.[jboss.web].[default-host].[/suite]] (ServerService Thread Pool -- 72) JBWEB000287: Exception sending context initialized event to listener instance of class com.appiancorp.common.config.ConfigurationLoader: com.appiancorp.common.config.FatalConfigurationException: com.appiancorp.suiteapi.common.exceptions.AppianException: The internal encryption module is in an inconsistent state. The appian.keystore file is missing or cannot be read. If migrating or restoring from a backup, ensure that _admin/shared/appian.keystore is in place. (APNX-1-4210-003)
Has anyone seen it?

Did you set up a shared filespace between the app servers?

No, I didn't. Are these files used by jboss as well? I thought it was only used by Appian Engines

The app server saves all the docs, process models and the like. Otherwise each server will save to its own set of directories. You can either link to a 3rd location on network storage, or link one server to the other.

This also means that Appian Engines should also map the same directory? Or just JBoss?

Technically no, but the directories need to exist. I would open a case with Appian Support to help you set this up.
