we are facing the below issue in the document viewer.
i do have admin access for this pdf which i am accessing to and i can able to download (via link field), but not really sure of the root cause for this .

Did you try with any other documents of the same type that sit in the same folder? How are they behaving?
the issue is sorted now , there was configuration change required in webserver which caused the 403 error . thanks for checking out
May i know what is the exact fix for this. Because i face the same issue . Im using documentViewerField to view the PDF document. Its working in DEV. But in QA I'm getting 403 forbidden error and cannot view the PDF document in DEBUG . aravind.s
