I created a new user through the Admin Console. I tried to login to that account. Password was changed but not able to access. This user has already access to required groups

This seems to be a permission issue. Did you try navigate to different URLs with this user?
Hi Stefan, I did try with other URLs, nothing worked
So, the login seems to work, but accessing your site (assumption ???) does not work. What about the tempo URL?
Forgot to test with tempo URL. Thanks It worked.
One follow up. If I want to add this user to another application from where it can be done
You cannot add users to applications. You will need to manage permissions using groups on Appian design objects.
