I have setup a NAS storage and granted READ write for the nodes in the load balance setup.
Do you know how to properly implement step 3. above? are you mapping each folder directly or using a symbolic link?

You need to create these folders in the shared storage and create the symbolic link for the same folders in the APPIAN_HOME directories from each server node to make these folders shared across the servers.
Hi thanigaivelr, do you need to share these folders across all servers, or just servers that run the application-server (Tomcat)?
