Appian on Kubernetes -via Docker-desktop - Generating Permanent Licenses (K3.lic and K4.lic)

has this worked for anyone? I am attempting to install appian on kubernetes locally in my docker-desktop following this link https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/22.4/k8s-0.120.0/install-appian-on-k8s.html  I requested and applied temporary licenses. then when the data-server container started, I logged into it and ran the QHOME=.. ./q    in the path  <APPIAN_HOME>/data-server/engine/bin/q/l64/  which is this path on  /usr/local/appian/ae/data-server/engine/bin/q/l64      I got this output ''2023.02.15T19:15:28.629 appian.app   which I tried to use to request for permanent license key. However, I am getting the below snippet error.  According to this doc https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/20.4/Requesting_and_Installing_a_license.html#generating-the-q-output  ,  the k4.lic file needs to be removed from the directory before running the q executable. I tried to rename, mv and even remove the license but I keep getting 'cannot remove ‘k4.lic’: Device or resource busy'  any thoughts or guidance as to how to proceed? am I doing something  wrong?
