We are copying production data down to a test environment. We want to change the email addresses and passwords so that for testing we do not confuse production customers. Where are user email addresses and user passwords stored, so that we can run a database update script to adjust those over to a testing value?...

Tracking with you now, better than earlier. I can see the user emails in the latest personalization engine kdb file. All users have same test email address on the user pages. I've searched through process models looking for keywords like email, update, and edit, did not find one that would update user accounts. I looked through all processes, rules, and applications, but did not find anything about an update user properties smart service. So copying over kdb files makes test look exactly like prod, wiping out the testing email address. And have not found the process that would put it back. Ugh!
