Is there any fast way to identify which objects do not have an admin group defined? I hope I don't have to go one by one because I have thousands of objects.Thank you so much!

You can check security summary of all your objects in an application by clicking on gear icon and selecting Security summary where you see different securities applied to the application contents and edit them at once for all.
You will also get warning for objects with no admin group
