set JBOSS_HOME=<absolute path to \\jboss-eap-x.x>
set CLASSPATH=%JBOSS_HOME%\\modules\\system\\layers\\base\\org\\picketbox\\main\\picketbox-4.0.19.SP4-redhat-1.jar;%JBOSS_HOME%\\modules\\system\\layers\\base\\org\\jboss\\logging\\main\\jboss-logging-3.1.2.GA-redhat-1.jar;%CLASSPATH%

You run those commands in the windows command prompt. You can go to the Windows start menu, and search for cmd.

When I try to run the first command, it says that "the syntax of this command is incorrect". I have" set JBOSS_HOME=<C:\\appian>, where C:\\appian is where I extracted the files from jboss-eap-6.2.0.zip to.
