When users click on "Forgot password" they are not receiving email. However, when admin reset password for the account then they were able to login.
Users even checked on spam folder.
Any idea on this.

By any chance, were the accounts locked for those users for multiple failed attempts?
1. If the account was locked for multiple failed attempts at least for the first time they should have received the mail.
2. Can we check if the account is locked and unlock the users account.
To check if the account is locked, you can navigate to the admin console -> users and click on the user name. Then you'll see a banner on top that says that the account has been locked/disabled for multiple failed login attempts.

I have checked for few users but I did not find a pattern that account were locked/disabled.
I was thinking that a firewall was blocking the forgot mail to show up in their email but again they were able to receive Reset emails.
Any suggestions on this?
