Problems (1):
content _a-0000d690-12fb-8000-0f1a-010000010000_1352 "APN_displayUser": An error occurred while creating content [uuid=_a-0000d690-12fb-8000-0f1a-010000010000_1352]: Name is insufficiently unique (APNX-1-4071-007)

I get following errors when importing Appian Common Objects 7.5 Release 1 Rules and Constants. I tried importing Artifacts first and then Rules and Constants but seeing the same issue. Any idea?

This indicates that somebody created another rule called APN_displayUser instead of importing the one from Appian Common Objects this basically created this rule with the name but different UUID.

You need to delete the existing one, re-import the new Appian Common Objects and then remap anywhere you were using the manually created one to point to the one from the Appian Common Objects.
