I suggest you restore a back-up of the primary data source. It's not recommended to work on an environment that is no longer in sync between the engines and the primary ds.
That said, to let the app server boot you need to delete the entries in the cfg table in the primary ds.

hi eduardo, now all the tables have been deleted. Is there anything can do from appian side? Like delete all the kdb files.

If you do not need anything in that environment it would be better to reinstall but are you sure that is the error you are getting even though there are no tables?

yes, even all the tables are deleted. Actually it is a new install, but it takes time to config the appian and jboss. I am looking for a easy way to sync keystore.

You can re-use the configuration files, simply re-install Appian that is the best way to guarantee your environment will have no other issues.

After inserting a record for conf.encryption.internal.KEYSTORE_PASSWORD copied from another appian instance to cfg table of primary data source, the server can get up without errors. Do you know what is reason stop the appian from automatically insert this prop_key?

You are no supposed to manually add this entry, instead you should have delete <APPIAN_HOME>\\_admin\\shared\\* and restart the app server to let it recreate those entries, but I have to emphasize again on the fact that this type of partial re-installation is not recommended nor a supported practice.

I have already tried to delete <APPIAN_HOME>\\_admin\\shared\\* but still failed to get the server up.

That's unusual but I am glad it's working fine now.
