After stopping and restarting Appian in production, we are receiving an error me

After stopping and restarting Appian in production, we are receiving an error message - "There is a problem with task "Manage a Appian User" in the process "Get Supervisor from AD".

:JAXB failure trying to convert value true to Appian type Boolean (id=26) (Logic Output)

Is this something that a restart of production services would clear, or did we introduce a problem into the environment just by restarting it?...
