Are there any constraints for the user name in version 6.7. We have created two: crumpa and SpencerSwindonDesign, but can only log on using crumpa....

Information on creation of usernames:
forum.appian.com/.../Creating_a_New_User
They are also case sensitive.

Thanks, I have also spoken to James Carter and there does seem to be an issue with this account so we have raised a separate support ticket
