Hello All, I have successfully configured a single sign-in solution that is working perfectly for our clients. However, we have a new requirement from our clients. They want to implement a process where a user added to a specific group on the Azure AD side should also be automatically added to a corresponding group on the Appian side. These groups will have the same name and purpose in both environments. To elaborate: - Azure Group: [ABC Accounts] - Appian Group: [ABC Accounts] The aim is to ensure that any user added to the specified group in Azure AD is seamlessly added to the corresponding group in Appian without manual intervention.
Please provide guidance on the steps required to set up this automated user synchronization and any best practices to ensure smooth ongoing operation. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Please let me know if you require any further information from my end.
Best regards,Prasad
