I am attempting to connect to my RDS Postgresql database and cannot get that connection working through Connected Systems. There is mention of opening a support case and having a driver created but whenever I use the Open Case button I get a 401 error. I haven't seen this mentioned, but is that not an option for the community edition? If that is the case, is my only real recourse to import the data to the appian database?

401 is usually due to Authentication, please see if you are using the correct username and password
