Ever since I made the switch to Hotfix Package C, both my SAIL form and my SAIL

Ever since I made the switch to Hotfix Package C, both my SAIL form and my SAIL Task Report will not run. I select them to run, and my SAIL form refreshes the page when selected, and my Task Report continuously refreshes itself until I select something else. I followed the Hotfix installation instructions step by step and double checked that everything was correct. Could there be something wrong with the Hotfix, or could something in my code set this off? Both the Task Report and Form work perfectly when I have hotfix B running....

Most probably because of cookies.
Switch to InPrivate Browsing Mode of Internet Explorer and check if its still happening..

I switched to In Private Browsing Mode and I am still having the same issues.
