Adding New Fields/Columns to the Database and Grid view

Can you go a bit deeper in explaining your use case?

I would like to create an interface which is designed to add new fields/columns to a database table.
If the adding process is successful it should automatically update the record types, interfaces and other components that is dependent of that DB Table. 

OK. And for what purpose? I mean in typical scenarios, end users do not really need such a functionality.

We would like to create an admin role. So this admin users can easily add new columns to the grid/table which will be used by the basic users.

There is no OOTB feature to do it. If your usecase is to enable end users to create dynamic forms then the approach for it different.

It is possible scenario to add columns to database table from your interface. When you submit your interface, you can trigger a process to use query database smart service to update your table.

But you need to manually update the record type and other dependents of that table.
