Requirement: To address issues where emails sent through the Email Smart service are marked as junk or trigger warnings when received by clients, I've implemented a custom sender in the "from" address.
However, in the admin console, the verification status is not confirmed. When attempting to verify, I encounter an error prompting the creation of DNS records. Can someone provide guidance on creating these DNS records?

shashankr0001 There are many portals available where you can add DNS record but those would mostly be paid services. You can try cPanel, wordpress etc. Once you have added the DNS record, you come to Appian console and verify.
