I was blocked to accessing my community edition because of decreasing popularity of appian community edition. I am a new to appian and I am doing appian certification course but after blocking it was very difficult to complete the course and I was not able to practice . Can any one help me with this?

I would suggest "communityedition@appian.com" which is the inbox specifically pertaining to CE sites.
I can't even find the window that was there previously to re-start it or shut it down. I think they just removed it for some time.
It seems even emailing does not help nowadays, it takes the time it takes.
