Tushar,

Can you please run the checkengine script from <APPIAN_HOME>\\server\\_scripts\\diagnostics to ensure that all Engines shows GW="1/1" with Status'"Okay"?
Thanks!

Tushar,
Can you please check-point the Process EXEC01 engine and the Process-Design engine using the following command?
1) Open a command window (If you are on Windows)
2) Navigate to <APPIAN_HOME>\\server\\_scripts
3) Execute the following command sequentially:
-->> checkpoint-suite.bat process-execution1
--> checkpoint-suite.bat process-design
4) Wait for the engines to check-point (can take seconds to minutes depending on the size of the engines)
5) Run the checkengine script from <APPIAN_HOME>\\server\\_scripts\\diagnostics to verify the status of all Engines.
Thanks!
