#Appian7.6

Any idea why two 'basic users' who are in same group would see different things on their actions tab. One user can see a link to initiate the process, other user can't. The group has been set to have "Viewer" privilege for the process model in question.

Check the security of the application itself maybe the user 2 is not even able to see the application itself

I gave the group in question "Viewers" rights at the application level and it's all good. The user who was able to see the link was part of the other group which had viewer rights on the application already hence the discrepancy.
