Review conf.suite.SERVER_AND_PORT in custom.properties. More details about this setting and how it should be set in my first comment on this post

Hi Eduardo,
The custom.properties config is correct.
I have investigated further and don't get the same issue if I log on via the browser on the server.
IE is version 10 on server and workstations.

Is the URL you are using to access the site the same one you used when testing from the server? or when testnig on the server you are using localhost or bypassing the web server? There should be a difference in how you are accessing it from the server vs the workstation

The local PCs (including server) are configured to use the global address so we don't have any issues with tempo, and to allow a unified access address whether the user is at the main site or on the road.
The server on v7.2 is working correctly.
Only encountered this error on the 7.6 upgrade.

If this is happening after and upgrade and you are using a web server then most likely your web server wasn't updated with the latest static content from 7.6 and is still running 7.2 static content

Thanks for the direction on this issue. I will investigate the web server configuration and revert.
